Physical/Occupational Therapy

So, I thought I was going to be better at actually blogging, but it doesn't appear that way. We have such busy schedules, there's not a lot of down time. The twins have been practicing for a play they are going to be in soon, "The Wizard of OZ." and they are so excited about it. They are also going to dance once a week and Gymnastics once a week. Little Miss Kinsley is also a busy little girl. She goes to preschool two days a week, speech therapy once a week, and has an early interventionist work with her once a week. We will possibly be adding physical and/or ocupational therapy to her weekly schedule due to some issue both the speech therapist and early interventionist are concerned about. She walks with her right foot turned in, and it's much worse when she is tired. She also falls a lot. The pediatrician has always kind of acted like I was just an overly concerned mother when bringing it to her attention, but this is the 2nd time in less than a week, 2 professionals brought this to my attention. So, she is going to be evaluated by both. Her speech therapist is also concerned because she slobers a lot, and when concentrating on something really hard, she looses focus and falls. There were a few other issues. These are very mild developmental delays, most likely due to it taking a few months to get her thyroid levels in an "ok" range. She is such a sweet girl and a social butterfly. She loves people! As far as I go, I have just recently started weight watchers and exercising. I hope I can stick with it and shed 60 or 70lbs.
