Disney Day 3 (EPCOT)

We slept in considering we were at Magic Kingdom until 3 am. We finally made it to Epcot.

The first thing we did was have lunch at the San Angel Inn
Mexican resturant. Shane and I had eaten there on our honeymoon back in 2001 and knew the girls would like the environment. All they kept saying was, "Mom, this is not like El Mexicano." which is a local favorite of ours. It's not your typical "hole in the wall" mexican resturant that serves the best cheese dip you could ever eat, but we left with full bellies. After Kinsley got her tummy full she was ready for a nap.

Then we were off to enjoy some icecream and check out the map to decide where to go next.

So this is the picture that got me separated from my family and got my husband upset at me. I stopped for not even a min. to take this pic. while heading to the firework show and my husband and kids kept walking. He knew I had stopped so I just thought he would find a spot to wait up on me. Shane can be hardheaded sometimes and I guess he thought I would be able to find them in a huge crowd in the dark and he was in a too big of hurry to stop. So I waited by the fountain and watched the fireworks hoping as my family was leaving, they would see me standing there. They spoted me. My girls were crying because they thought I was lost and Shane was mad at me. Needless to say, it was time to go back to the hotel and go to bed and hope the next day would bring lots of fun and everyone would be happy again.

Gotta love that little chunk!!!

And no worries, we've been lost plenty at the parks and always seem to wind up finding each other. Mickey has his way with magic that way, ya know! :)

I still cannot believe you made it until 3am at Magic Kingdom. That is one major accomplishment I can honestly say I've never done.
