First Ultrasound tomorrow

Please say a little prayer for me! I go for my first "Real" doctor's visit tomorrow. I am super excited but very nervous at the same time about my ultrasound. I also have to take the glucose test because of the protein and keytones in my urine last week. I am a little over 13 weeks so they may be able to tell the sex of the baby. I found out at 14 weeks with the girls so we'll see.
